To undertake the design, supply, installation, commissioning, and construction of solar power plants, including the acquisition, development, lease, or licensing of land and any other assets necessary for the execution of such projects.
To operate, manage, maintain, and service solar power plants, along with all ancillary infrastructure such as transmission and distribution networks, monitoring and control systems, and energy storage facilities.
To carry on the business of generating, selling, trading, and distributing electricity and other renewable energy forms derived from solar power, whether independently or through power purchase agreements, participation in government projects and tenders, or arrangements with third parties, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
